Hello, my name is Susanne Usher and I own Usher Therapies. All the treatments are personally carried out by me in my fully heated/air-conditioned, relaxing and homely garden cabin set in the trees and with a view of the sea and Gower Peninsula.
I want my clients to come and feel relaxed and secure in a home from home environment, rather than somewhere cold and clinical. I believe that the ambiance is an important contributing factor to the treatment process.
As a qualified Reflexologist, Reflexology is my primary therapy and this includes Hands, Feet and Facial Reflexology and I specialise in Reflexology for conception but I also offer
Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatments. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I also provide Reiki Attunement Courses.
We often forget to take time out for relaxation and will think nothing of spending money on going out or buying clothes but feel guilty spending money on our wellbeing. The mind has a powerful influence on our bodies, so keeping calm, relaxed and happy has a positive effect on our health, as I know from my own experience. So, whether you are trying to seek help with specific medical conditions, need to deal with stress, or just want some pure relaxation, then I will be happy to help you with a treatment that is right for you and that can be tailored to your needs.
